Recap: January Livestream

Did you know that family caregivers play a vital role in health at every age and life stage of their care receiver’s life?

In this livestream, we learn about the concept of healthy aging as a lifelong process that supports physical, emotional, and social well-being across all stages of life for both caregivers and care-receivers.

Year in Review

In our Year In Review, we highlight some of SCRC’s mission moments during the 2024 - 2025 fiscal year.

With 38 years of service, SCRC continues to be the leading provider of free caregiving resources for family caregivers in San Diego and Imperial Counties.

Support comes in many forms, from donations to referrals, encouraging people to connect with our services or simply sharing our message online. You can also make a difference by advocating for more resources for caregivers and their families. Every action helps strengthen the work we do. Your generosity ensures that those who need us most continue to receive the support they need.

Connect with us today by going to https://www.caregivercenter.org/. Together, we can make next year even stronger for everyone we serve.

Waves of Giving Luncheon

The Waves of Giving Luncheon is more than an event: it’s a call to action. Together, we will forge new partnerships, strengthen long-standing alliances, and honor community leaders who are driving caregiver advocacy forward. This gathering unites healthcare providers, community organizations, philanthropists, and advocates around one shared mission: ensuring caregivers are never left to navigate these challenges alone.

Your participation matters. By attending, sponsoring, or simply spreading the word, you are helping the Southern Caregiver Resource Center (SCRC) continue its life-changing work: providing critical support, resources, and hope to families who need it most.

Join us on February 20, 2026, and stand with us in turning the tide for caregivers. Together, we are anchored in care and united in purpose.
