2018 Annual Conference
November 26-28
Marriott Grande Dunes in Myrtle Beach
  • System Attendees can register online or download a registration form.
  • Exhibitors, we have booths available! If you were unable to join us in September and can in November, contact Amy (803-602-3683; [email protected]) to reserve your booth.
  • The Marriott room block ends Friday, November 2. If you haven't reserved your room, do so NOW by clicking here. Once the room block closes, room availability and rates cannot be guaranteed.
  • The Annual Meeting will be held Tuesday (November 27) at 9:00 am. The meeting is open to the public, however only current members with up-to-date voting delegate forms may vote on incoming board members. Updated voting delegate forms must be received by SCRWA no later than Friday, November 16 in order to vote at the Annual Meeting.
    Golf and a Sporting Clay Shoot will be held Monday (November 26). Visit our website for more details and to sign up.
  • The Water Taste Test will be held Tuesday (November 27) at 3:00 pm in the Exhibit Hall. To enter, bring 1 gallon of room temperature water to the SCRWA registration area Monday afternoon or Tuesday before 10:00 am.
  • Don't forget to bring an item to donate for the WaterPAC Raffle. The drawing for these items will be Tuesday (November 27) at 4:00 in the Exhibit Hall. Items that have been donated in the past include the following: Yeti cooler and cups, hotel stays, a bicycle, corn hole boards, fishing equipment and much more! Proceeds from the WaterPAC raffle go to SCRWA's political action committee.
  • The deadline to cancel your Conference registration and receive your registration fee is THIS FRIDAY, October 19. Send cancellations to Amy via email ([email protected]).
