“When I am afraid, I put my trust in you.”
Psalm 56:3

Dear SCS Community,

As you may know, today Governor DeSantis extended the school closure mandate through May 1, 2020. In an abundance of caution, and to ensure the safety of our students, faculty, staff and families, we will continue our remote learning plan through May 1, 2020. In addition, all campus-wide events, activities, and athletics are cancelled or postponed until at least May 1.

We have heard great things today about our first day of remote learning. Thank you to all of our parents who helped make sure students were online and ready to go as we kicked off our first day of "socially distant" education. We appreciate all of the support and encouragement we are receiving, and we are looking forward to serving your students with an exceptional education during this unprecedented time.
We understand the challenges that many families will face during the days ahead, and we continue to pray for our students, our community and our world. We remain hopeful that we will be able to return to campus for the month of May and will continue to keep you updated as developments are shared with us from the state.

As you have questions, please refer to the SCS Remote Learning Resource Center for information, resources, and newly updated FAQ's.

Again, we thank you for your support of SCS.
