The second book of the SCSA Employee Book Club is The Seven Habits of Highly Effective People by Stephen Covey. This book is written on Covey's belief that the way we see the world is entirely based on our own perceptions. In order to change a given situation, we must change ourselves, and in order to change ourselves, we must be able to change our perceptions. We all want to succeed. And one path to success is identifying the habits that can help us on our journey. Watch for discussion questions on the SCSA social media channels in the coming months and feel free to join the conversation on Being Proactive; Beginning with the End in Mind; Putting First Things First; Thinking Win-Win; Seeking First to Understand, Then to Be Understood; Synergizing; and Sharpening the Saw .
