2025 SCSC Masters Pancake Pentathlon

Meet Information

Thanks for registering, we're looking forward to hosting you on Sunday morning!


Pool Entrance - As part of the Papillion La Vista Schools bond projects, the high school is currently under construction. Please use the auditorium doors on the south side of the building. A map with the temporary entrance can be found the meet homepage. Signage inside the building will guide you to the pool. The building address is 303 E. Cary St., Papillion, NE.


Psych Sheet & Heat Sheet - The psych sheet has been posted to the meet homepage. Heat sheets will be posted to the meet homepage by Sunday morning. Printed heat sheets will also be available at check-in the day of the meet.


Livestream - A livestream will be available on the meet homepage.


Saturday 9/13 Open Warmup - The pool will be open from 2:00-3:00pm on Saturday. There is no structured warmup or coaching, but if you’d like to get some more pool time before the meet, we’d be happy to have you join us at no cost. RSVPs are requested – click here


Relays - Relay entries are due by 8:30am the day of the meet and can be completed at the check-in table. For this meet, we have the 200 Freestyle and 200 Medley Relays (women’s, men’s or mixed). Relays are $20/relay (exact cash or check only please). Relays will be deck seeded.


Scratches/Not Able to Attend - If for some reason you are unable to attend the meet, please let me know by email if possible. If you plan to scratch an event, our team would appreciate that information as well.


Pancakes - Join us throughout the meet and after the meet for all you can eat pancakes and sausage links! Spectator pancake tickets will be available for purchase at the meet for $5 (cash or card).


Pentathlon Awards - Following the 200 Medley Relay, we will announce our women's and men's sprint/mid-distance pentathlon champions and present their awards. If you are an award winner and not present, we will email you to arrange pickup from the pool or shipping (at your expense).


Breaks & Meet Warmup

  • General warmups on Sunday are 7:45-8:50am; a one-way sprint lane will open no earlier than 8:15am – meet starts at 9:00am.
  • We are using 5 lanes for competition; and lane 6 + the bulkhead area will be open for warmup/cool down throughout the meet.
  • We have a few pre-scheduled breaks during the meet; please see the meet flyer for when these breaks are. The pool will be open for a quick warmup/cooldown during this time. Please help us keep the meet moving, by exiting the water when the announcement is made during breaks.


Swimmers in the 500 Freestyle

  • We will be combining the 500 freestyle into a mixed event - men and women will swim together.
  • As a reminder, swimmers in the 500 freestyle will need to have 2 people to time; and 1 person to count for your race.
  • We will be using positive check-in for the meet; and the 500 check-in deadline is 9:30am the day of the meet. 500 heat sheets will be distributed after positive check-in closes.
  • If you would like to request a split from the 500, please let me know!


Note: We are hosting a club intrasquad meet in the afternoon on Sunday. The meet is our club's signature event, the SCSC Cup. The pool will be setup for this meet, so you will notice banners, signage, decorations and other items that are not usually setup at our meets.
