Space Coast TPO Announces 2018 Walk to School Day
The SCTPO is excited to once again announce this year's Walk to School Day scheduled for  October 10, 2018.
The Space Coast TPO has helped coordinate this event since its beginning 22 years ago. Brevard is recognized, state-wide, as one of the highest participating counties.

This year, we are  determined  to have the largest participation yet! Walk to School Day is designed to remind both parents and students about the pleasure of walking to school and how simple one-day events can led to great changes in the community. Such changes include long-term walking and bicycling programs, new sidewalks and pathways, enforcement of unsafe driving behaviors and needed policy changes at schools and in communities.

Is your school registered yet? Touch base with your school's administration team or PE teacher to find out. See what other schools are registered here .
