public lobbies are now closed to public access through April 3.
In addition,
there will be no service shut-offs or late fees through April 30,
to protect our residents who are struggling due to loss of income during this challenging public health crisis.
We encourage our customers to use online and telephone payment options to pay your water bill. There are also external drop-boxes available at each Customer Care location, available 24/7.
