With the return to many in-person opportunities, we bring to you a few points of clarity related to Springbrook’s Fiscal Intermediary (FI) attendance at Life Plan meetings.
By design, Springbrook’s FI services will continue to attend Life Plan meetings virtually:

The Care Manager should continue to invite the FI Coordinator to all Life Plan meetings.

FI Coordinators are expected to attend Life Plan meetings remotely via any available modality (Zoom, FaceTime, telephone, etc.)
- Requests for in-person attendance may be available for extenuating circumstances, though this is approached sparingly, primarily due to the expansive geography served.
Your Broker is the primary Self-Directed Services resource, leading the form and content covered at Life Plan meetings related to all things Self-Direction; additionally, Self-Directed budget information is at your fingertips at all times in Annkissam.
