A service within Self-Directed budgets,Individual Directed Goods and Services (IDGS)offers the ability to purchase consultant clinical services. OPWDD follows rates of reimbursement for these services set by the US Bureau of Labor Statistics. These rates have recently changed.
Effective immediately, the rate of reimbursement for Clinician Services is as follows:
Old Rate
Massage Therapist- $42.89
Social Workers, All other-$45.90
Recreational Therapists- $39.12
Therapists, All Other- $43.19
NEW Rate - Effective Immediately
Massage Therapist - $36.51
Social Workers, All other - $46.61
Recreational Therapists - $37.72
Therapists, All Other - $57.59
