This month we are spotlighting Mackenzie Baker , Delta Alpha-Eastern Michigan University, one of our dedicated volunteers. Mackenzie helps to shape our new member's first experiences in SDT by serving as the New Member Education Chair. She also advises the women of Delta Alpha at Eastern Michigan University, and assists with our strategic planning by participating on two of our teams.

Support Our New International Affiliate Group in Israel
Earlier this semester, we were approached by a group of women at IDC Herzliya in Israel about starting an International Affiliate Group on their campus. This growing group has women from all over the world including the US, China, Russia and of course Israel! SV Academy is a 12-week tuition-free business development fellowship that is opening the door to the tech industry for recent graduates and career shifters - no coding skills required.
