Become a Mentor to a Collegiate Sister
As our collegiates get closer to graduation, they are faced with so many choices. Should I apply to grad school or jobs? Should I move home or explore a new city? Our collegiate members look for advice and expertise from sisters who have been in their same shoes. They would love to connect with you!

We are excited to announce the SDT Mentor Program , which will allow you an opportunity to share your career experience with a collegian. The program allows for flexibility in how you work with your mentee, with a minimum of three 30-minute sessions over the course of a semester.

Please consider applying for this rewarding program! The deadline for applications is February 3. The spring semester program will run February 15 to March 10, 2019.
Start Planning Your Sisters Night Out Event
Our annual Sisters Night Out is right around the corner! Sisters Night out is held in conjunction with our National Founders Day on March 25 to encourage alumnae to connect and celebrate lifelong sisterhood. Past events organized by alumnae have included happy hour, dinner out, activities such as paint nights, and fitness classes.

If you are interested in hosting a Sisters Night Out event this March, let us know!

If you’d like to attend an already planned event, check your email inbox and our social media pages over the next few weeks for a list of regional activities.

Happy New Year! With the start of each year, we’re given 365 days of limitless possibilities for new adventures and new challenges. As you plan for the year ahead, I hope one of your resolutions is to deepen your connection to Sigma Delta Tau.

Over the next few months, I am looking forward to rolling out our new mentoring program, and I hope you’ll join me in sharing your professional skills with a collegiate member. In March, we will celebrate our 102nd Founders Day and honor the occasion with Sisters Night Out events across the country. These are all great ways to strengthen your connection to SDT.

I’m looking forward to all that 2019 holds and wish you health and happiness in the new year!
