Abstract Submission

You are invited to submit an abstract to present your completed or ongoing research or share your teaching, research, or clinical expertise. Further details about the presentation types, sample abstracts, student and professional member awards, and how to submit your abstract are included in the SEACSM 2024 Call for Abstracts

The abstract submission site will be open on September 1, 2023

The deadline for submission of all abstracts is Monday, October 2, 2023 at 5:00 pm ET.
Call for volunteers

We are looking for volunteers to review abstract submissions for the annual meeting, serve on subcommittees, and help at the annual meeting. You can get involved by completing the SEACSM Volunteer Form

Preview Program (schedule and presentation listing): mid-December

SMPT clinical case abstract acceptance notification: early January

Final Program (conference information, schedule and presentation listing, abstracts): mid-January

Information about the Leadership and Diversity Training Program (LDTP), Student Bowl, AV Teams, Graduate Program Fair, and nominations for Executive Board elections, Mentoring Award, Service Award, and Montoye Scholar Award will be available later this fall.
