The 71st Annual Conference will be held at the
Galt House Hotel in the heart of Louisville, Kentucky. We have negotiated a discounted group rate of
$136/night (plus state and local tax) for SEAFWA attendees interested in staying at the Galt House. In addition, there are a limited number of federal per diem rooms available for federal agency employees with valid identification at
$121/night (plus state and local tax).
These rates will be available until the cut-off date of October 7, 2017,
unless the block is sold out prior to that date. Should the block sell out prior to the cut off date, we will make every effort to secure rooms at an overflow hotel, near the host hotel, and with a rate similar to the original rate. To make a reservation at the Galt House Hotel, call the hotel at
502-589-5200 and request a room in the Southeastern Association of Fish and Wildlife Agencies (SEAFWA Conference) group block.
