MONTHLY TROUBLESHOOTING TIP

If running Ammonia or TKN chemistry on either the discrete or segmented flow analyzer, the age of your chlorine source (bleach or DCI) is vital. To help increase the longevity of the stock chemical, store in the refrigerator.
SOFTWARE FEATURE: Technical Support Report (AQ 2.4.5)
The AQ software has many versatile tools with which to create and generate reports. These reports are often used for troubleshooting purposes with SEAL technical support. In order to create a better tech support experience, a new report format has been created. This format includes all necessary information required by tech support to help with software or chemistry issues that are in need of troubleshooting. Instead of going back and forth to get all the information necessary, this report includes the information required to start the troubleshooting process. 
 
To create a Technical Support Report, navigate to Reporting in the software and select the tray you would like assistance on. Then select "Technical Support" under the Formats Tab. This will change the tick marks selected and includes not only the results, calibration curve, recoveries, but additional information that is beneficial for troubleshooting purposes. 
This includes the test parameters, raw data (absorbances recommended), and diagnostic data. Then select View HTML to generate a report. Save the HTML file as a .mht and attach it in an email to techsupport@seal-us.com with a description of the issue you are seeing.
