-
MONTHLY AUTOMATIC DRAFT (our preferred method) You can choose to draft monthly from a checking account. To choose this option you must fill out the payment agreement with the office.
There is a 3% credit card processing fee for ALL credit card transactions.
SEDA is updating our tuition payment system to make our process more streamlined for office staff and account holders. Please go online, if you haven’t done so already, and input your credit card information into your parent portal by October 1st, 2023. Click here for our Parent Portal. All new registrations will not have the option of omitting this step, thus we are requiring it from everyone who is currently registered or returning. As usual tuition is due by the 1st of each month, no later than the 15th, and can be paid via cash, credit card, debit card, ACH, check, or online through the parent portal. After the 15th of the month, a $25 late fee will be charged and enforced on all accounts past due, including e-payment accounts. Late notices will be sent via email. Tuition is not pro-rated for absences or studio closures. Students are encouraged to attend makeup classes for classes missed. Just like our other payment options you are not required to have your e-payment information used as a primary source of payment, but you will have to fill out an E-Payment Removal Form if you wish to pay in another way. If we have your ACH Payment Agreement form already on file, an E-Payment Removal Form is not needed. Our Full Payment, Semester Payment, and ACH options are still available.
**If you do not have an E-Payment Removal Form on file, your credit card will be drafted recurring monthly starting October 1st. Recurring monthly drafts will end May 1, 2024 unless you give 30 days notice to withdraw from dance.**
Please let us know if you have any questions or concerns. We understand this will be a transition but appreciate your cooperation and understanding as we evolve into more modern practices of business operation.
