Thank You to all our Member/Stakeholders who responded to our first SEDC Member/Stakeholder Survey
Approximately 20% of our membership responded!
The majority of the survey responses came from Member/Stakeholders who have supported
SEDC for 10,20 years and more.
Broken down, the results are as follows;
92% of those responding clearly understood the mission of SEDC.
60% of respondents prefer and consider most reliable, the SEDC monthly newsletter as the primary means of communication.
100% of those responding believe that SEDC has developed a good and favorable public image and that SEDC promotes its individual Member/Stakeholders aggressively.
100% believe that the SEDC Staff is readily accessible and always available to support the Member/Stakeholders.
60% of respondents would support a modest dues increase with reasonable justification.
40% of those responding believe SEDC Staff should make more regular face-to-face "house calls" to Member/Stakeholders.
Four (4) respondents wanted staff to follow up with a personal contact.
