I have been doing a lot of thinking, and planning, over the past year, regarding my company, and I feel that, after incorporating 8 years ago, I now need to make some small strategic business investments in order to grow my business and take my business to the next level.
A couple of key factors, however, which I need to take into consideration, are as follows:
1) I want to ensure that my credit score is not negatively impacted as I have spent the last few years getting it back on track.
2) My wonderful wife has requested that I do not saddle us with any new loans that may impact our currently decent credit scores.
So, after much thought, I feel it is time I reach out and find an investor who will partner with me, as a silent investor, and get rewarded but at the same time not have the loan negatively impact our family credit rating.
As an incentive to protect a potential investor, I am prepared to cover any investor by adding them as a beneficiary to my life insurance policy so that if anything happens to me they will be fully protected.
Additionally, I will write a promissory note, in my corporation name, so that any investor will be fully and legally protected.
I can be flexible regarding terms and I feel that a loan of approximately $20k-$30k should be more than enough to assist me in taking my business to the next level and quickly.
So, if this offer is of interest, please let me know at your earliest convenience what you feel would be workable for you and amount you may be willing to offer, and any questions you may have, and we will go from there.
Many thanks
