Exhibitor Set-Up
All participating exhibitors must check-in individually at registration and be
set up by 3:30 PM

4:00 PM - 8:00 PM
Show Time
All attendees are required to check-in at registration before enjoying the show.

8:00 PM - 10:00 PM
Exhibitor Dismantle
Exhibitors are permitted to close and tear down their booths.

*Please do not dismantle your booth before the close of show

The SEFAA Trade Show will take place at the Charles F. Dodge City Center Pembroke Pines. Use the official address below when searching for maps and directions:

Please follow SEFAA parking signage to direct you to the load-in zone on the South side of the building. Please unload as quickly as possible to give other exhibitors space to load in, then park in the general parking area on the East side and walk through the main doors.

Parking is complimentary and there will be signs to direct guests as they enter.
BOOTH SET UP
Booth Equipment
Each 8’ x 10’ booth area will be provided with an 8’ high background drape, 3’ high side drape, one 6’ skirted table, two chairs, one wastebasket and a booth identification sign (7” x 44”). The show colors are red and white.

Electricity
Electricity is an additional fee and exhibitors are responsible for ordering this directly from Edlen. Orders can be placed online here or electricity can be purchased onsite during exhibitor set up.

Booth Representatives
If you need to add or replace the names of your booth representatives, this can be done on-site from 12:00 PM – 3:30 PM.

Important Reminders:
  • Booths must be staffed during all Trade Show hours
  • Please bring your moving carts/equipment as needed to load in and set up your booth materials
  • Helium balloons are not permitted at the venue
  • In order to exhibit, you must also be in good standing with SEFAA and have no past due balances on your account
  • Exhibit booths and add-ons must be paid prior to the show or please provide your payment at registration
  • Please kindly share this information with your booth representatives
LEAD RETRIEVAL
NEW! Participate in the Trade Show’s lead retrieval!
  
  • Please scan the QR code or download the app “BadgerScan” by clicking here.
  • Once the app is downloaded, click on “My Badge” and use this form to encode your contact information in a virtual badge
  • Once completed, you will have your unique QR code that serves as your virtual badge
  • When another attendee wants to scan your badge or capture your contact information, please click “My Badge” for your virtual badge to display
  • When you want to scan another attendee’s virtual badge, please click “scan code”.

FOOD & BEVERAGE/DRINK TICKETS
  • Complimentary water stations will be available on the Trade Show floor and lobby
  • Only water and coffee may be consumed on the Trade Show floor
  • Complimentary appetizers will be served outdoors
  • Beverages can be purchased at the bars located in the lobby and outdoors
  • Drink tickets will be available to purchase at registration (10 drink tickets cost $100 – drink tickets are not sold individually)
CONTEST & RAFFLES
Best Booth Contest
Exhibitors are encouraged, but not required, to decorate their booths with theme park-related elements. Think movie characters, carnival games, and interactive exhibits! 

Attendees will vote on their favorite booth and the winning booth will receive recognition and a prize!

Criteria that attendees will take into consideration when casting their votes:
  • Integration of a theme and overall creativity displayed
  • Use of color, lighting, imagery, and materials to grab attention
  • Effective use of company branding and product messaging

The winning booth will receive:
  • A dedicated e-blast to our SEFAA membership
  • Social media recognition highlighting their booth and services
  • Four (4) complimentary booth representatives for next year’s SEFAA Trade Show
  • Complimentary inclusion in the Game Book for next year’s SEFAA Trade Show

Game Book
If you have selected to be part of the Game Book, your booth will be provided with a unique game book code. When an attendee presents the Game Book to you, please give them the unique code to write in the book next to your company’s logo.
SEFAA GIVES BACK!
The Community Service Committee is supporting Children’s Harbor, a nationally accredited nonprofit agency in Pembroke Pines with a mission to provide a safe harbor and support to at-risk children, youth, and families. They also help prevent child abuse through their Family Strengthening Program. Each year, 200 families across Broward County receive in-home counseling to improve parenting and communication skills.
This year, we will be hosting a Donation Drive and Online Fundraiser to help support these children. One of Children Harbor’s biggest emphasis is creating a special day for these children's birthdays. For the Online Donation Drive, we will be collecting gifts, party décor, and other supplies in need through an Amazon Wish List. For the Online Fundraiser, you will be able to visit the webpage and contribute a monetary donation.
