Dear Seniors & Parents/Guardians:

We wanted to make you aware of a wonderful leadership opportunity that is available for senior students during Mentorship May 12 - 16, 2025. Every year, a selected few are given this special chance to spend a week working with students at the 7th grade camp experience at Camp Christopher in Akron. Every day will be an adventure waiting to be discovered and the memories made will be for a lifetime. Former students have found the experience to be very meaningful as they made a difference in the campers' lives while they formed friendships with peers and teacher chaperones. It truly is a chance of a lifetime. This opportunity is always popular, so interested students should get their application in as soon as possible.

Step 1:

Interested students need to fill out the form below by Friday, February 7, 2025.

Step 2:

Student will be emailed an invitation to the Camp Counselor Google Classroom with the application, references and more information. Application & references need to be submitted by Monday, February 17, 2025

Step 3:

Interviews will take place Wednesday, February 19 & Thursday, February 20 at KMS after school.

Step 4:

Candidates will be notified of their acceptance by Monday, February 24, 2025. Students should continue to follow the KHS schedule for Mentorship paperwork.
