.......... when our senior customers of 65-99 years of age can get 8%off their seafood purchases of any size from us. 100 years and older can get a 40% discount but must show up at our site and have their picture taken for use in our newsletters.

It's hard to believe that it was snowing like the devil at lunch on this Tuesday as I was composing this here Trip Alert. I took some pictures to prove it, but then it was all gone before I could finish this edition so, I didn't add the pics.

This promises to be a good weekend with it being Seniors' Weekend, High Point Furniture Market, and opening weekend for Louisiana Mudbugs from Sal's in Kenner, La. We've sold a gazillion pounds of these mudbugs. The reason we sell so many, is because they are so good.

CREEKSTONE FARMS NON-GMO ALL NATURAL 

Creekstone Farms, Arkansas City, Kansas

 I baked one of these recently in a 450 degree oven on a rack with a pat of butter and it was a perfect medium-rare after 20 minutes baking and a 10 minute rest covered with foil. Be sure to take steak out of the refrigerator an hour before and salt and pepper well. Please let me know how this works for you. Everyone is loving these steaks!
