SEPAWA CONGRESS 2024 - Ticket Registration is open!

The online registration for this year's SEPAWA CONGRESS is open.

With the registrations you can buy tickets for visitors, exhibitors and After Event tickets. Please read the following information carefully.

Visitor Tickets

The ticket prices and categories can be found on our website below the menu item "Registration".

Members of the SEPAWA e.V., DGK e.V. and GDCh e.V. need their membership number in order to receive the discounted prices.

Exhibitor Tickets

The free exhibitor tickets will be available in a separate registration.

Please login to your exhibitor account and make a new booking.

Two tickets per booth are included.

Additional exhibitor tickets can

be purchased in the regular registration.

Exhibitor and After Event Tickets

After Event Tickets are not included in the exhibitor ticket. To reserve an After Event Ticket, you may use the After Event Group Reservation. A maximum of 5 tickets is available per order. Please use the link below.

After Event Group Reservation

Group reservations for the After Event are only bookable via a separate registration.

Reservations per email are not possible.

As soon as the registration has been activated, you will receive a newsletter with the corresponding link, and on the website under the menu point “Registration”, a separate link will be activated. Use this to make your After Event group reservation.

Please note that this is only a reservation and not a booking yet. A successful reservation will be confirmed no earlier than mid-August.

You are allowed to reserve a maximum of 5 tickets per order. It is possible to make several bookings.

After Event Group Reservation

Good to Know

There will be no on-site registration in Berlin. Please make sure that you are registered in advance. We have limited options for on-site payment for the tickets which you have already booked. To avoid waiting time, we recommend you to arrange your payment in time and print your badge at home.
