Seeking Local Businesses to Participate in Santa's Bingo!

How it works:

  1. Any business within Colorado County may participate. This includes retail shops as well as restaurants/eateries.
  2. You do not have to have a storefront to participate as long as you sell a product (for example Direct Sales businesses).
  3. You do not have to be open for Ladies' Night Out to participate.
  4. First come, first served to sign up. Maximum number of participants will be 25. The more that sign up the greater number of prizes to be awarded.
  5. Buy-in to participate is a minimum $75 prize package or gift certificate to your business. The final value may be more if you so desire.
  6. The Grand Prize is $1,000 in cash graciously donated by Wick Insurance Services and Columbus Animal Clinic.
  7. Prizes need to be delivered to the Chamber office no later than December 5 by 5 pm.
  8. Santa's Bingo runs from Nov. 27 through Dec. 10.
  9. Completed Bingo Cards must be turned into a participating business or to the Chamber office by 5 pm on Monday, December 11.
  10. Winners will be drawn on Tuesday, December 12 and notified by the Chamber.
  11. Participating businesses will be supplied with a custom stamp from the Chamber to be used to stamp the cards.
  12. Shoppers receive a stamp at participating businesses with a purchase. There should be no minimum purchase amount.
  13. Shoppers need to get a BINGO either across, up and down, or diagonally to be eligible to win.
  14. Bingo cards will be randomly created so each will be unique in the layout of business names.
