Chilean Independence Day. Every year I set up a long outdoor table to welcome customers that swing by for a traditional empanada.
I'm always surprise at who stops by. Often, Chilean tourists from different corners of the world show up to get a bit of the homeland's spirit.

The Sausalito-Viña del Mar Sister Cities Operations Council welcomed the Agep-V delegation. Their leader, Monica Finnegan, together with Cathy Stierhoff, Secretary, and a powerhouse of volunteers put together an inspiring and remarkable program for the entrepreneurial women visiting from Chile.
