Here are the Details You've Been Asking for:
THE PARTICULARS
Cost - Only $5 per day, all day. Yep, that's it. For a fundraiser that's pretty darn cheap. We really want you here. We also hope that some people may feel like pitching in more when they see the place and want to support the cause. If you'd also like to help out by volunteering for tasks at hand, clean ups, repairs and pretty-ups - We would so deeply appreciate you.
Dates - Wednesday May 8th -thru- Sunday May 12th.
5 Days of easy-going fun, cool conversations, and real-life interactivity with other good humans.
Time - 12noon-7pm. Or something like that. We may get spontaneous in this timeless universe and open our doors for hanging out longer before and after.
Name Badges - So everyone knows everyone's name and where they came from. Also planning different colors for the name tags:
Yellow for Volunteers ... Blue for Seth Readers ... White for Locals who are friendly, supportive and just want to find out more and see what's going on.
No drugs, alcohol, or smoking of any kind - We have to keep everything safe, comfortable, and legal for ourselves, each other - and also for our Insurance.
No non-human mammals, critters, animal companions - Due to safety, allergy, and phobic reasons amongst our volunteers and guests.

GETTING HERE
AIRPORT - Elmira-Corning Regional Airport (ELM) is only 20 mins away. There are 2 Airlines that service Elmira - Delta (connects Detroit) and Allegiant (connects Florida). It's cheap. There are other airports like Ithaca & Binghamton if you plan to rent a car.
BUS STATION is just 2 minutes away.
Our only functional TAXI SERVICE is "Total Transport"
There are many SEARCH ENGINES like "Skyscanner" "Kayak" "Busbud" and others to do your research.
Google away and check them all out.

LODGINGS
Lots of Possibilities
We could possibly rent out places to sleep here at the house. Couches, rooms, and air mattresses on floors. We would of course have to charge a Fundraising Fee. Please email/call us in advance. Our contact info is at the bottom of this page, or reply to this Newsletter. Please reserve in advance soon.
The closest Hotel is the Clarion Inn on East Water Street, which was formerly the Holiday Inn where 2 Seth Conferences were held in the 1990's. There's also a vast array of hotels closer to the airport. You can reserve a hotel room and don't have to pay in advance.
AirBnb's are very close ... So are Campgrounds ...

Special Guest Speaker
"Filmmaker and dream researcher Saelyx Finna will facilitate a dream workshop with exercises from the Seth material. Participants will gather in the evening before bed to discuss the exercises, and then reconvene in the morning to share their experiences."
... This will probably happen both Friday night and Saturday night including the following mornings.
There may be others who will offer their services, talks or presentations. We're making it up as we go.
