for Featuring us on His Wonderful Local Program

"Hidden Landmarks"

He did a live segment on 5/3/24 to tell the local community about us and to help promote our event. He said such beautiful things about what this house means to Elmira.

J.D. got a few details slightly incorrect, so let's make a scavenger hunt of it as you view it. A Seth House trivia hunt. Here are just a few fact check corrections.

• Jane & Rob lived in apartments #5 & #4, but not apartment #7 • They produced a total of 45 books, not 26 • This is not our first big event. We had 2 Open Houses in 2019.

• We actually bought it only 2+ years ago, but we've been working on the project for 7-1/2 years. Our 501c3 Non-Profit organization raised the money (from our awesome donors) over these years to buy repair, and pay the bills.

• He said the hours for the event were 9-5 ... but really we were aiming more for 12-7pm ... So we're going to be flexible about the timing. We may be open before 12noon on some days, and after 7pm other days, especially for the Dreamtime Workshop happening Friday and Saturday nights. (607) 442-1315 is the office phone for all inquiries. Just trust that divine timing will prevail and dive in.

Other than that, J.D. got everything perfect! He's a sweetheart who's putting his good words out to everyone.

ATTENDING THE EVENT

* WHAT TO KNOW AT A GLANCE *

Cost - Only $5 per day, all day. Keep your name badge, come and go as you please. Re-use your name badge for each day attending. Save it as a lifelong souvenir.

Date - Wednesday, May 8th -thru- Sunday, May 12th.

Time - 12noon-7pm everyday. Or something like that. We may open a little sooner or later depending on a lot ot things, like on the number of people who participate and if more spontaneous info-shares arise. Also TBA for exact time for "The DreamTime Event" mentioned below. All of us attendees will be an event unto ourselves and the timing will flow fine as we go.

Name Badges & Sign-In - You will be welcomed heartily on the front porch, rain or shine ... We will have tables set up and there will be a clipboard for your sign-in information so you can join our email and snail mail list ... We will print your custom made name badge just for you, with the name you want to be called by, and where you live. (Let us know if you are a longtime Seth Reader) ... This will be a special souvenir you can keep forever ... We will thank you sincerely for your $5 entry fee donation and with even more glee if you can give more - Thank you!

No drugs, alcohol, or smoking of any kind.

No non-human mammals, critters, animal companions.

Be positve and upbeat - No Meanies Allowed.

Special Guest Speaker - "Filmmaker and dream researcher Saelyx Finna will facilitate a dream workshop with exercises from the Seth material. Participants will gather in the evening before bed to discuss the exercises, and then reconvene in the morning to share their experiences." ... This will probably happen both Friday night and Saturday night including the following mornings. (Which takes us outside our loosely scheduled event hours. It'll start when it starts and we'll all find out together.)

There may be others who will spontaneously offer special talks or presentations while here (and fantastic conversations). We'll give the "Heads up" as it happens. We're making it up as we go along, which is very Seth-inspired.

Whew! It's been a lot of Heart-Love and co-creative planning to get us to this point. The feelings are good, and we know that more positive surprises and new discoveries await us.

The House has developed in so many beautiful, magical and creatively unexpected ways since it all began in 2016, just over seven-and-a-half years ago.

Now we embark upon the next stage of this journey into whatever this is to become next, for all of us. Be ready for more breakthroughs and happy achievements as we step into the soon-to-be revealed new frontiers and greater "Unknknown" realities that lay ahead.

We are all unlimited beings, cabable of doing wonderous things, and choosing astounding new adventures in consciousness and love. We are discovering what this means for each of us.
