The Purcell Murray Company, a distributor of premium kitchen and bath products, was founded in August of 1981 when Tim Murray and Larry Purcell were granted distribution rights to the Litton microwave line for the greater San Francisco Bay Area.

The Company headquarters is located south of San Francisco in Brisbane, California, and features a new 13,000 square foot state-of-the-art showroom  and cooking demonstration center with over 188,000 square feet of warehouse facilities (including our Hayward Distribution hub). Their Southern California facility boasts 9,000 square feet of breathtaking showroom  and cooking centers as well as 123,000 square feet of warehouse facilities (including our Santa Fe Springs warehouse location).

Larry Chatfield, has served as the Technical Services Manager for the Purcell Murray Company for the past eight years, overseeing the entire Technical Services Division for California. Larry's many duties include, teaching Training Programs for Installers and Service companies for the 11 Brands that Purcell Murray distributes.  Support for the Builder Projects throughout the state to forestall costly installation issues and White Glove service to "remedy" installation issues that have resulted in appliances not working correctly.

 

Larry has worked in the appliance industry for over 20 years, and has worked in Technical Services for BSH and DCS and prior to that he worked in Technical Services for the Consumer Electronics Industry.
