Chairman's Corner
I am most thankful to our membership for your confidence in the recently elected members of the Board. The leadership preceding us provided many tools and the knowledge of their experience to carry on the mission of supporting our Heroes through community service and our five direct engagement programs.

God Bless and Semper Fidelis!
Willie

Thank You, PeopleTec!
Our friends at PeopleTec held another spectacular golf tournament this year! We want to thank everyone who participated in and contributed to the 10th Annual Charity Golf Tournament. We could not fulfill our mission without your dedication and generosity. This year's tournament raised over $30,000! What a wonderful way to celebrate this 10th Annual Event!

Since 2009, PeopleTec has raised $145,583 for the Task Force, on top of all the wonderful work they do in support of many other organizations!

Check out the infographic on their website to see a visual of their contributions to the community since 2009: https://www.peopletec.com/peopletec-charity/.

We are forever grateful for the partnership and support offered by PeopleTec's leaders, employees, and partners.

Here are a few photos from the Golf Tournament and PeopleTec's annual company picnic...

Youth Engagement Update:
Matt Dahl Memorial Ballfield
For the last 10 years, Marge and Mike Dahl, with help from a few other volunteers, have worked (and continue to work) incredibly hard every year to maintain the Matt Dahl Memorial Ballfield at Legacy Elementary School. It always looks beautiful when the kids go back to school and is maintained throughout the year.

The ballfield, named for the Dahl's son Matt, was dedicated in 2013. For background on the ballfield dedication, click here: Matt Dahl Memorial Ballfield Dedication - 2013.

If you would like to help with the upkeep of the ballfield, please contact Mike at 46fixr@gmail.com.
