Happy New Year SFG!

I hope that everyone had a wonderful holiday season and enjoyed some precious time with family and friends. I would like to extend a very warm and happy new year to our entire SFG family!

The start of a new year is always an exciting time. "A New Year is like a blank book and the pen is in your hands to write the story". That means you can shake off the past and begin anew with a clean slate - a fresh mindset, a new attitude and a recharged spirit to tackle the new years' objectives.

We have some exciting company initiatives afoot with more investments in our people, our facility and our efforts to grow our businesses to continue to be the best-in-class manufacturers in the industry.

As with any successful company, we have set some large and ambitious goals to hit, but that's what sets us apart and makes us the leaders in the market. I know that I can count on this team to push the envelope and deliver our goals! We're poised to have another great year and I look forward to writing our company story for this year with each and every member of this team.

TONY DIPONIO JOINS SFG AS

BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT MANAGER

It is with great excitement that we announce the addition of Tony DiPonio as our new Business Development Manager.

Tony brings 18+ years experience in the security and ballistic industry with an extensive knowledge of the market space, our products and the our key customers. He is based in Las Vegas, NV and will spearhead the growth of our business in the West Coast of the United States.

Tony will report to Wade Arnold and together will oversee our national sales team and pipeline of project opportunities to expand the sales growth for both Quikserv and U.S. Bullet Proofing solutions.

At Quikserv, we celebrated Christmas in style with BBQ, raffle prizes, a little Quikserv Jeopardy and a some karaoke! The pictures speak for themselves but we had a blast!

SFG GIVES BACK

SFG is proud to support Wreaths Across America. In addition to financial support, we joined thousands of other volunteers on a beautiful day at the Houston National Cemetery and honored our heroes by laying over 48,000 wreaths on the graves of our former service men and women.

QUIKSERV NEW & GROWING QSR CUSTOMER ACCOUNTS:

GOLDEN ARCHES

McDonald's has huge growth plans for expansion. They plan to open their 50,000^th store by 2027; that means they will open over 10,000 stores in just 3 years and give them 25% store growth! They are also launching their new sub brand CosMc's which will focus on a new line of food and specialty drinks! The golden arches have big growth plans and the drive-thru is a key part of their success.

We are also now supplying air curtains for McDonald's in Canada, which caused a huge influx of orders in Q4 of 2023. If they keep ordering at this pace they will be our #1 customer for air curtains.

JACK IN THE BOX

NEW WALK-UP WINDOW

DESIGN CONCEPT

The picture featured on the left displays one of Jack in the Box's new walk-up window concepts which includes a small, custom sized service window specifically designed for late night pick up orders and delivery services.

We're seeing more chains (i.e.Wendy's & Taco Bell) adopt these types of windows in their restaurant design, whether it be on the exterior of the building, the vestibule entrance or even sometimes right in the dining area.

WE'RE GROWING....

USBP has shown some tremendous success and growth in the domestic market recently. In Q4 of 2023 alone, project bookings were up 50% over the previous year-that's big growth!

We have been expanding our team on all fronts to help support this growth. That includes the previously mentioned Business Development Manager,Tony DiPonio, our 3 new estimators, Curtis Fuller, Gino Caprille and Gabriel Davis, and our new project manager, Thomas Eustace. Welcome aboard!

Signs are positive but we're just begining to pick up speed- we have much more exciting growth ahead in 2024.

U.S. EMBASSY IN SAN SALVADOR, EL SALVADOR

On the frontline for new projects for U.S. Embassies, we won a project to supply for a retrofit of the U.S. Embassy in San Salvador, El Savador.

Greetings Friends!

I hope and pray that your 2024 has started off well! What a fantastic Christmas & Holiday season it was. Time with family and friends should be cherished and I am hopefully you were able to make some great memories!

But now…reality hits us. It is 2024 and we are off to the races again. Business deadlines, family pulling us in multiple directions, personal struggles, and goals to accomplish….ugh…so much to think about. So much to “worry” about! It simply builds anxiety of the what ifs. If we are not careful, we can easily slide down the path of constant worry and start living a life full of angst, despair, and anxiety! 

The solution? It is easy and it is found in the Bible. Paul tells us in Philippians 4:6 – “Do not be anxious about anything, but in every situation, by prayer and petition, with thanksgiving, present your requests to God”. Friends, I am not saying your “worry” and “anxiety” is not real; however, many things in life we simply cannot control or fix. We must give them up to the Lord in faith – and then let go. We must breathe deep and know we are going to be ok. When we do so, Paul continues in Philippians 4:7 – “And the peace of God, which transcends all understanding, will guard your hearts and your minds in Christ Jesus”. We should always remember – worry about nothing, pray about everything!

Here is to 2024 being a success for you personally and for SFG! Stay strong, don’t worry, and bring it to the Lord of Lords and King of Kings – Jesus Christ.

USBP - U.S. EMBASSY - KASAKHSTAN

QUIKSERV - McDONALD'S DRIVE-THRU WINDOW AT GRAND OPENING

On the left is a picture of one of our Quikserv windows at the Grand Opening of a new McDonald's store that we were cordially invited to attend!

McDonald's uses three of our windows in each of thier stores, each built with an integrated 40" fixed window transom above the side slider.

As you can see in the picture, it looks amazing and that tall transom with the matching glass makes the drive-thru window fit well into the overall design of the building!
