Fly on the Wall....
Heard from the Hall!
The gym was thematically decorated for FFN5, and included a "Wall of Super Saints".  Photos of various saints were hung, and captions were attached, depicting each saint's "super power" or what each saint is known for.

Middle School Student:
"Hey everybody!!!
St. Pope John Paul II looks exactly like Mr. Ferreira!"
This week's adventures...

Last Friday evening's festivities were well attended and fun for the whole family.
A great deal of thanks goes to our School Events Committee, and specifically all of our parents who gave their  "YES" and assisted with this annual event.  A special thanks to our Grade 8 super heroes who ran the games for our younger students. Pictures taken at FFN5 can be found in your child's Friday folder today.  Please contact the school if you would like an electronic copy of any of the photos.... they came out SUPER!
(Thanks to Colleen Martin and Nellie Hotte)

The first field trips of the school year took place this week!  Our Grades 7 & 8 students spent a few hours at Bishop Stang on Monday, to learn about the offerings and opportunities available at BSHS.  At the opposite end of the "age spectrum", our  Preschool 4 and Kindergarteners enjoyed an absolutely gorgeous fall day at Silverbrook Farm today!  Thanks to all of our parents who attended as chaperones and contributed to the fun and safety of our students!

During this month of the Holy Rosary, together as a school family  we are turning our hearts and minds to our Blessed Mother daily, as we pray a decade of the rosary as well as the Prayer to St. Michael the Archangel... protect us in our daily battles!

Have a wonderful long weekend and
God bless!
