The State Fiscal Year (SFY) 2027 4% Low-Income Housing Tax Credit (LIHTC) with Ohio LIHTC Affordable Housing Funding Application (AHFA) is now available on OHFA's Ohio LIHTC website.
Updates have been made to the Ohio LIHTC AHFA for SFY 2027. Please ensure you have downloaded the most recent AHFA. Applicants in the 4% LIHTC with Ohio LIHTC must use the most recently posted AHFA. OHFA will not accept AHFAs from other program rounds, such as the 9% LIHTC or 4% LIHTC Only open round.
