New Support Ticket Software

Today we began using a new system to manage our support communication. Our email replies may look different, but it's still us! We are excited to transition to a more modern support platform that will give you increased visibility into your ticket history. While we are striving for a seamless transition, we appreciate your understanding of any issues that do arise.
Reminder: Windows Accounting
For clients hosted on the SGA cloud, Windows Accounting will be discontinued on December 31, 2020. For those not hosted on the SGA Cloud, we will continue to deploy bug fixes for Windows Accounting, but all new features are being developed only on the web version.
Staff Spotlight: Sheena Endress, SGA Accounting
What do you do at SGA? As part of the accounting support team, I do everything from troubleshooting client issues to working on new development projects.

What do you like to do in your spare time? I have two daughters, 10 and 6. We love to cook and enjoy the outdoors. Every few weeks, we make it a priority to find a new ice cream stand to try out! 

What is your favorite thing about working at SGA? I enjoy solving issues for clients that make their lives easier and less stressful. I also enjoy having a voice in the development of new features within the accounting software. I am learning something new (and valuable) every day.

Random fun fact about you? I went to culinary school and am also a cake decorator! I enjoy making specialty cakes for those I love and being a part of their special occasion.
