Deck the Halls!
We love seeing families return year after year to add to their ornament collection. Whether you choose from the beautiful selection made by our talented staff or discover the special thrill of making your own, handmade glass ornaments are a special holiday tradition.
New this year, the Hot Shop staff has been hard at work crafting custom colors, unique to SGS, like the reds you see above!

We're Ready for You!
Sonoran Glass School recently completed Ready for You certification through the Pima County Health Department. We pledge to adhere to health and safety measures such as symptom checks, disinfecting surfaces, hand washing, and wearing masks that will help protect our students, staff, and community from COVID-19.
If you or anyone in your party isn't feeling well on the day of your scheduled class or studio time, please don't hesitate to give us a call. We are happy to rebook without penalty for a later date.
More information about the County's Ready for You guidelines may be found here.

Have A (Safe, Socially-Distanced) Party!
SGS member, Sharon Hass, recently hosted a creative get-together for a group of friends. She ordered kits through our Glass at Home program, shared the instructions, and then turned people loose to create their masterpieces. Once the projects were finished, Sharon brought them back to Sonoran Glass School for firing and then returned them to her guests.
Glass at Home is a great way to unite friends and family, either in person or via Zoom! Kits for sun catchers or ornaments are available in a variety of colors and come with all the materials and instructions necessary to complete your project. We can even arrange to have an instructor standing by to answer all your questions!

Can You Lend A Hand?
Volunteering is a great way to help Sonoran Glass School fulfill its mission, “To inspire people of all ages and abilities to discover the wonder of glass art” and even learn something new in the process!
We have several opportunities in the coming weeks and months, from repairing dalle de verre windows, to building a primitive glass furnace, to helping with site improvements around our campus. Visit our website to learn more, and reach out to Paul Anders Stout if you'd like to help!

Thank You for Your Gifts!
Sonoran Glass School relies on you, our generous community, to bring our classes, programs, and events to a wider audience. No gift is too small, and there are a number of ways that you can support the school.
- Do your holiday shopping with us! The gallery is full of beautiful glasswork made by our staff and students. If you have a glass artist or two on your list, purchase a gift certificate, so they can experience the magic for themselves!
- If you're shopping online, SGS can benefit from your purchases made via Amazon Smile. Visit smile.amazon.com and choose Sonoran Art Foundation Inc as your charity of choice!
- Volunteer with us! We have a variety of projects that could benefit from your help or expertise.
- Tell a friend! If you've enjoyed a special experience at Sonoran Glass School, please don't keep it a secret. Help us inspire people of all ages and abilities to discover the wonder of glass art!
