Weekend Closure on SH-55

Karcher Road (SH-55) will be closed over the weekend (Nov. 21 to Nov. 24) between Florida Ave and Lake Ave.

What to expect:

SH-55 closed between Florida Ave and Lake Ave.
Closes Friday, November 21 at 10 p.m.
Reopens Monday, November 24 at 5.am.
Crews will replace an irrigation pipe just east of the Florida Ave./SH-55 intersection
This work is necessary before crews widen the roadway

Crews will fill potholes on Karcher Road from Farmway Rd to Middleton Rd on Nov. 20 from 10 p.m. to 5 a.m.

What to expect:

Crews will fill potholes on SH-55 from Farmway Rd to Middleton Rd on Thursday, November 20
Nighttime work from 10 p.m. to 5 a.m.
At each pothole location:
One lane will be closed with flaggers in the roadway
Expect noise and vibrations

Work may be delayed due to weather or other circumstances.
