Certified Occupancy Specialist
Training at Meadowbrook
October 1st - 3rd 2019
The COS Training and Certification Exam will be held at Meadowbrook ( 1201 W Live Oak St, Austin, TX 78704) on Oct 1 st – Oct 3 rd from 8:00am to 4:30pm

Tuesday and Wednesday are full training days, with a review and examination on the last day. Training materials will be provided to each participant on the first day of class. 

Please ensure you arrive on time so class is not delayed.

You must attend all three days in order to be eligible for the certification. If something comes up, please notify your supervisor immediately.

Reminders...

Lunch will be provided on Tuesday and Wednesday. Snacks and light breakfast items (continental breakfast) will also be provided.

Please bring a calculator and pencil to use for the exam, as you will not be permitted to use your cell phone.

Carpooling from HACA Central is encouraged, as parking is limited. Be sure to check in with management/staff at the property when you arrive as to avoid any parking issues.
 
Be sure to check with your supervisor regarding your work schedule on exam day to see if you need to report back to work once finished.

The Contracts department hustled all month and their hard work paid off. All contracts were renewed and submitted to HUD prior to the end of fiscal year. Nice work!
