In 2017, HUD set forth requirements for all TRACS Users, including a requirement that they must be recertified annually by their Secure Systems Coordinator in order to have access to the TRACS and iMAX systems. 

This recertification must be done no later than November 30, 2018 .   Failure to comply with this requirement will result in denied TRACS/iMAX access and a possible delay in voucher payment.
 
Secure Systems Coordinators must recertify themselves and any Users assigned to them that need systems access. If you are a User, please request that your Coordinator recertify you as soon as possible using the instructions below.
 
Coordinator Instructions :
  1. Log in to Secure Systems
  2. Select the “Tenant Rental Assistance Certification System (TRACS)” link
  3. Select the “TRACS Recertification” link
  4. Select the “Flag Actions/Roles and Request Recertification” link
  5. Select the “Request Recertification” tab for each User that needs access to TRACS and/or iMAX
