We hope that you and your residents are safe and warm. As a result of the ice storm in the Austin area, approximately 25 to 50% of SHCC staff are without power, including our central office location. This has resulted in some limited operations and delays. As roads are currently impassable, the power outages and delays will likely continue throughout the day.
At this time, the Resident Help Desk remains fully operational. However, our servers are down and we may not be able to send owner HAP payments today. We hope that the situation resolves and we will do our best to ensure that all payments are made timely.
