As many of you know and as many of you are also experiencing, hundreds of thousands of Texans are experiencing the effects from this week's winter ice storm in Texas.  
 
SHCC operations have been impacted by power interruptions but we remain operational, including the resident help desk. Additionally, ACH* HAP payments to owners were completed yesterday and payments should appear in owner accounts today, Friday, February 3rd. We regret any delays and stand committed to meeting the needs of our owner, agent, and resident partners. *In instances of wire transfers, if the receiving bank charges the owner a fee for receipt, SHCC will reimburse the cost to owners.
