The Reallocations Processor is responsible for processing all types of Reallocation related work such as trades, optional living benefit maintenance, auto rebalancing and dollar cost averaging requests. The incumbent is responsible for reviewing the forms received for good order, once the case is determined in good order the representative inputs the request for the client in the appropriate system. Other responsibilities include disbursements processing such as full surrenders & partial withdrawals, excess withdrawals, 1035 exchanges, transfers and rollovers. Additional responsibilities may include handling control reports and outbound customer service calls as needed.
