Greetings from the Art Room!
The Doodle4Google contest is a really popular one with my students, and each year I announce when it is starting, post about it on Google Classroom (grades 3-6), and introduce it in class to the classes for which timing is conducive :) Some classes will bring home an entry that they’ve started.
The entries are outside my classroom door, and I highly encourage kids to enter.
The theme this year is “When I grow up, I hope…”
Parents can upload the work directly to the contest (must be on the entry form, but if kids don’t bring one home, they can also print it from the website). It also must have the top portion filled out and signed. Or, I can mail it for you as long as I have the piece by March 1st to allow plenty of mailing time (must be signed and completely filled out).
Please (parents) sign where encircled in red...fill out the section encircled in yellow...
Thanks for promoting this opportunity (it is optional). It is such a fun and authentic experience that captures the essence of graphic design.
