Reflections & Updates
From past keynote Speaker, Shayna Hammond
Biggest Win Since WPG Presentation
“Since presenting at WPG, I’ve expanded the IndigoWomen community with GROUNDED–a transformative, 3-day experience in Washington, D.C. designed to center healing, leadership, and joy for high-achieving Black women. This powerful gathering was a bold testament to what becomes possible when we lead from a place of liberation.”
New Initiatives or Advocacy Efforts
“We’ve introduced a powerful personal development framework, The Freedom 4 Method™️—a powerful, four-step journey designed to break the grip of fear and unlock true freedom. Created specifically for women leaders, this method invites them to reconnect with their purpose, lead with unshakable confidence, and thrive at the highest level—boldly and unapologetically.”
Impact of WPG on Her Journey
“WPG was a catalyst. It affirmed my mission and connected me with a network of women who are bold, brilliant, and ready to disrupt the status quo. That energy continues to fuel my work.”

Upcoming Milestones or Collaborations
“I’m currently planning GROUNDED 2025, happening December 4–6 in Washington, D.C., and I’m expanding future GROUNDED 2026 events to include Black men, couples, and parents. This growing movement is one you won’t want to miss.”
How the WPG Community Can Support Her Work
“Secure your spot at GROUNDED 2025 and invite other extraordinary Black women leaders in your network to do the same. With space limited to just 50 participants, this is your moment to say yes to radical rest, deep connection, and unapologetic thriving.”
