A Message from Mr. Whitten, Principal
Good morning, Lancers!

As you have heard from our superintendent, Dr. Scambray, FJUHSD will begin the hybrid schedule on November 2. Currently, Sunny Hills has 1,140 students opting for Cohort C who will continue to learn from home. Cohort A and Cohort B each have a little over 600 students. Remember that Cohort A will attend school in person on Monday and Thursday, and Cohort B will attend in person on Tuesday and Friday. In case you do not know your cohort, we will be sending you that information shortly.

The outstanding SHHS staff is hard at work to make this a smooth transition, and teachers will be prepping for the new model this Monday. Remember, students have Monday off so enjoy the three-day weekend!

Students, ASB has created a wellness video that outlines many of the health and safety procedures and rules. Some of our routines, such as where students are allowed to park, are changing for the hybrid schedule; stay tuned for that, and be sure to watch it all the way through so you know how to best keep yourself and others safe and healthy if and when you are on campus.

Parents, if you have questions or concerns, feel free to contact me directly or attend our weekly Zoom meeting, Coffee with the Principal, on Wednesdays at 8am.
Thank you, and Go Lancers!

1. Read the Athletic Clearance packet.

2. Schedule a physical with a licensed physician and have the Physical Examination Form below completed.

3. Submit student information on the Google Upload Form below, and upload a copy of the signed Physical Examination Form (page 3 only). If you do not have access to a scanner, you may upload a clear picture of the signed form.
