The Round Top Spring Show is just around the corner, and we are thrilled to announce that we are now accepting reservations to serve your shipping needs at the show.

To keep our service quality Top-Notch, we've decided to exclusively serve clients with a reservation. This means a smoother experience for you and helps us stick to our mission: taking the hassle out of shipping. From securing the space to store your items during the show to getting your team set up before the show on the app with SOLD tags in hand, we've got it all covered so you can focus on what you do best - curating items for your company and enjoying all that Round Top offers.


Quick Note: Reservations are limited and will close once we reach capacity.


By reserving early, you can rest assured that your shipping needs will be met, and your shopping team will arrive to Round Top ready to shop, with access to the app, SOLD tags in hand, and excitement in the air. We are eager to exceed your expectations and make this the Best Round Top Spring Show yet!


*We understand that shopping at The Round Top Show can sometimes be an impulsive, last-minute decision. In the past we have never turned away one of our prior clients. Although it pains us to say no to our clients, we have found that last minute reservations (when already at the show) can hinder us from delivering the exceptional service you expect and deserve. As our client, it is our mission to leave no item behind and provide you the best level of service possible. To achieve this, we are moving to a reservation only system.

We are committed to providing the best shipping experience possible and we understand that maintaining affordability is crucial. Since 2021 we have kept our flat rate pricing unchanged for Full and Half Truck Personal Shipping Services. However, due to rising costs, we had to make an adjustment.

Rest Assured this change will allow us to continue delivering the high-quality service you expect. Having a Personal Shipper in your back pocket while shopping the show is Priceless...

Option #1

Full Truck Personal Shipping Service

(26'Lx8'Hx8'W up to 10,000 pounds)

50% Deposit required to reserve our services, remaining 50% due on first day of shopping trip

  • Great for those that are curating any item longer than 13 feet
  • 2hrs unloading with 2-man crew at delivery included

  • With our premier service, you may have so much time on your hands and end up buying enough to fill 2 trucks!

Please note: if you reserve a Half Truck and end up with a full truck worth of items, you will be charged another half truck price at $8,500

  • Delivered after full trucks 2-8 weeks
  • Lots of items can fit in Half Truck (great option when curating lots of smalls, paintings, stools, chairs, and lighting)
  • Possibility of meeting project timelines
  • Flat Rate pricing includes packing
  • 1 hour unloading with 2-man crew at delivery

CONS:

  • Less cost effective when you purchase enough to fill a truck
  • slightly longer delivery ETA

Option #3

Reservation of Personal Shipping Services

Not sure how much you will purchase, but you're sure you will not fill a half truck or full truck

$2,500 deposit

Delivery within 8 weeks after the show concludes, it may be anytime within that 8-week timeframe

$3,000 Deposit required to reserve our services. This deposit is applied to your final shipment total at the end of your shopping trip

Please note: We serve Option #3 clients with delivery destinations near the Los Angeles Region, CA, San Francisco Region, CA, New York Region, NY, Miami Region, FL, and delivery destinations along the way.


PROS:

  • Great for those curating a few items
  • The ability to shop with the App and Tags with lower deposit
  • Prices include packing and delivery
  • Delivery within 8 weeks of the show by/before 6/1/2025


CONS:

  • Items are priced individually
  • Unable to guarantee delivery dates within the 8 week eta

Mileage & Additional Delivery Destinations

All 3 options above include 1250 miles and additional miles are $2/mile

All 3 options above include one (1) Delivery Destination. There is a fee for each additional delivery destination based on its distance from Round Top
