PAST EPISODES

Morning Scramble

Wednesday, 9-Noon

The Three Amigos Scramble
This is where wit gets weird, weird gets wilder, and the FCC quietly weeps into its clipboard on Voice of Vashon!

Sick of safe, snoozy radio? Buckle up. Rick Ames, Luke McQuillin and Dr. Steven Nourse and this rogue gallery of grifters are back in the saddle, galloping through parody, pointed rants, and musical mayhem. It’s satire with a side of sass, harmony with a hint of havoc, and just enough truth to make you squirm.

From tech addiction tangos to bureaucratic ballads, multitasking meltdowns to Seinfeld showdowns, we serve up the strange, the sharp, and the “Wait… did they actually say that?”

Regular chaos includes:

• Lots of personally selected music just for you.

• “Stump the Stupe” — our trivia rodeo of the ridiculous

• A sit-down with Lily Corroon and Paul from Vashon's own Mobile Integrated Health Unit (MIH)

• An additional interview with Teresa Mosqueda King County Council District 8 Candidate. She currently holds this position. Yes, we do serious too!

PAST EPISODES

Boogie Back to Texas

Wednesday, 6-7 PM

In Memoriam 2025

We lost some exemplary Texas musicians in 2025, and Boogie Back host Geoff Fletcher takes this show to honor them and celebrate their music. Sonny Curtis fought the law, and it seems that Todd Snyder fought everything in a very funny and loving way. Johnny Rodriguez and Flaco Jimenez bring their substantial Tex-Mex influence into the show. And, Joe Ely, massive positive influence on musicians and music from punk to country to Tex-Mex to rock gets special attention. Tune in for music from these artists and more.
