MASTERING YOUR FIELD
Curious about grad school but undecided? Or don't know what grad school is about? Then this event is for you! Join us virtually on Saturday March 27th, 11 AM -1:30 PM ET to hear a diverse panel speak about their grad school experiences followed by a workshop to talk about the logistics of applying and financing grad school.

3M RISE: RAISING INFLUENCE IN SCIENCE AND ENGINEERING EVENT
3M RISE, taking place virtually June 23-25, is an event primarily intended to introduce emerging female and/or underrepresented science and engineering graduate talent to the wide range of rewarding careers in research and development at one of the world's most recognized innovation companies. Explore, network, and attend a virtual tour of 3M technologies!
SCIENTIST MENTORING & DIVERSITY PROGRAM (SMDP)
This one-year career mentoring program pairs ethnically diverse students and early career researchers with industry mentors who work at companies in the medical technology, biotechnology, and consumer healthcare industries. Scholars attend a 5-day training session to learn about career opportunities in the industry and receive career development coaching. They also attend a major industry conference.
THE DISSERTATION INSTITUTE: OPEN APPLICATIONS
Held on July 10-16 at the University of Michigan, the Dissertation Institute is a week-long boot camp for engineering doctoral students from underrepresented minorities to build writing habits, work on their dissertation or proposal, enhance their motivation for the doctoral process, and learn skills that will help them make progress in their dissertation.
