Hello Soropti-Sisters!

Welcome back, everyone! Can you believe we are embarking on a new year of the privilege of making a difference in the lives of women and girls in our community? As we start the year, I would love to learn more about your "WHY". Why did you join Soroptimist? What were the values and opportunities that inspired you to join? Let's all re-pledge our "WHY", and make this year one not only for the history books but, to leave our legacy for generations to come!

First Responder Therapy Dogs Program 9-11

We are so excited to have Jeff and Brenda Nelson, and their dog Blitz join us at club. They have been a part of First Responder Therapy Dogs since September of 2022. Jeff and Brenda are retired teachers and Jeff is an Assistant Chief for the Corning City Fire Department. Blitz was trained by Resolute Dog Training and is a PTSD service dog, cross trained as a therapy dog. They enjoy visiting First Responders and sharing the power of interacting with a Therapy Dog. This will be a terrific program, don't miss it!

Bring a Friend to Lunch Program!

On Wednesday, September 18, our program will be focused on inviting and orienting potential new members to see what we are all about. Summer Backyard Coffee's and Lunches

Thanks to all of our backyard coffee hostesses, Kathy, Jeanne, Janet, Gayle and Linda and Gail. We are grateful to you all for opening your homes to our group. Also, thanks to everyone who fit in attending a coffee or lunch! It's always a great way to stay connected.
