Stiles Point SIC Annual Goals

The Stiles Point Elementary School SIC is committed to supporting students on their educational journey through each grade. With teacher collaboration, the SIC identified the need for students to have access to books in their homes.

SIC's main goal this year is to make sure that students who are in need of books in their homes have access to books they enjoy. It is our goal to foster an early interest in reading through book drives and educating families on the many resources available to them through the community.

Stiles Point stakeholders are dedicated to providing an environment of educational excellence in which the wonders of learning and childhood are celebrated and students feel cherished and challenged!

Our school theme this year is Get In The Game! ...because learning is not a spectator sport!

Stiles Point students participate together as a school team in league-sponsored volleyball, basketball, and tennis, as well as Girls on the Run.

At Stiles Point, we uphold a firm belief in the importance of a rigorous academic program that celebrates success in learning. Our approach is grounded in the principles of academic excellence, where we strive to provide a comprehensive educational experience that fosters intellectual growth and development. Our program is designed to challenge students to reach their full potential and to prepare them for success in their future endeavors.

We believe that learning is a lifelong pursuit, and our program is designed to instill in our students a love of learning that will stay with them throughout their lives. We are committed to providing our students with the tools they need to succeed, and we are proud of the many successes that our students continue to achieve!

This report is issued by the Stiles Point Elementary School Improvement Council in accordance with South Carolina law in order to share information on the school's progress in meeting various goals and objectives, the work of the SIC, and other accomplishments during the school year.
