As part of the
workgroup, a small group of educators is working on the compilation of resources linked into a toolkit to help Michigan Educators and students in their knowledge, use, and creation of OERs (Open Educational Resources). We know that our small group cannot know all of the great resources out there, AND that you probably have some "go-to" resources that other educators would find valuable.
Therefore, we are asking for you to share resources you believe we should include in the toolkit using
this form: A Toolkit for OERs
. These resource can be about any aspect of OERs, including but not limited to: resources to learn about what OERs are, places/ways to get professional development about OERs, websites where OERs are available.
Specifically, we hope your past experience could help us identify resources that could be helpful to those using the toolkit looking for …
(sites to find OERs, how to create OERs, etc - from the list)
The toolkit will be in development over the next couple months, and be "launched" during the #GoOpen Michigan Showcase which will be held around the state June 18-21. Your contribution will help us make this a valuable resource for helping Michigan Educators to learn about, find, use, create and share OERs!
