As we are all aware, a career in technology requires constant change, and therefore technologist employees become accustomed to change and learn to adapt. However some changes are larger than others particularly with and within organizational change being perhaps the most challenging. Today’s workforce entails four generations, operates at lightning speed and requires an adaptive leader who can transition seamlessly between private, public, small and large organizations. Join Jim Bachesta as he shares his experiences and observations managing each of these landscapes. Jim recently transitioned as an executive at a late stage technology startup to a Senior IT management role in the government.
