SIMNSA will follow same coverage benefits for the FDA approved Covid-19 vaccine for children ages 5-12 . No cost sharing for administration of the vaccine in and out of network.
COVID-19 vaccines are now being administered to children ages 5-11, please go to thislink to make an appointment. Everyone 5 years and older can get a vaccine at no cost. You do not need an appointment, but it is available if preferred. Individuals younger than 18 may only receive the Pfizer-BioNTech (Pfizer) COVID-19 vaccine. Parental consent is required for all eligible minors to be vaccinated.
