An Update from SIMS on COVID-19
At SIMS, we're learning as we go, too. Here are some notes we thought might be helpful to convey to you, our customers, followers, and community.

  • COVID-19: NEVER SHUT SIMS DOWN! As soon as we noticed changes to the world as we know it were coming, we quickly implemented emergency remote procedures. We just wanted you to know that the Sims family will always find a way to continue supporting our clients and friends the same as we've done for the past 41 years. No matter what happens, some of our customers can never shut-down, so we have to be there to support them. We have taken steps to ensure we continue operating and providing copier/printer sales & repair as well as I.T. support during these times. We understand that most people are working remotely right now so we are more flexible on service and delivery. Today, we continue to take every precaution possible to ensure the safety and health of our employees and clients.

  • Local Delivery and Pickup. For service calls, we've implemented extreme cleaning requirements, face masks, gloves, and procedures for our technicians' safety as well as the safety of our clients. We always deliver supplies locally, and also offer local pickup at our warehouse in Tempe, AZ.
